Overview:

Co-developed and approved by a large multi-national engineering construction company, this course is for those who wish to understand the need and processes of effective negotiation.

This course will raise the skills and understanding of negotiaition by introducing delegates to actual industry related exercises and practise situations, in addition to raising the confidence of negotiators, which is an area seldom convered in such courses. The course provides guidance on the use of a variety of negotiation techniques and provides lists of useful tips within the course workbook.
